Terms & Conditions of Ticket Purchase and Event Attendance

1. Event Organiser

SouthLive Fest is organised and promoted by Vixcope Inc. (“Organiser”). Ticketing may be facilitated through an authorised ticketing partner acting as an agent on behalf of the Organiser.

2. Ticket Purchase & Pricing

All ticket prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may include GST where applicable.
Additional booking fees, transaction fees, or payment surcharges may apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Tickets are issued as eTickets and will be delivered via email upon successful purchase.

The Organiser reserves the right to introduce, modify, or withdraw any promotions, discounts, or pricing structures at any time without prior notice.
No refunds, credits, or adjustments will be provided for previously purchased tickets if prices or promotional offers change after purchase.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

3.1 General Policy

All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law or as outlined below.

3.2 Event Cancellation or Changes

If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will receive a refund of the face value of the ticket only, excluding booking and transaction fees.

The Organiser reserves the right to:

  • Change event date, time, venue, seating layout, or program
  • Add, withdraw, or substitute artists

No refunds will be issued for these changes unless required by law.

Artist Non-Appearance Clause
In the event that any advertised artist or performer is unable to attend or perform due to personal, logistical, or other unforeseen circumstances, the Organiser will use reasonable efforts to provide a replacement or adjusted program where possible.

No refunds will be provided on the basis of an artist’s non-appearance once a ticket holder has had their ticket scanned and entered the event premises.

Any refund requests under such circumstances remain strictly at the sole discretion of the Organiser, to be assessed on reasonable grounds.

3.3 Seating Changes

In the event of any changes to the seating layout or venue configuration, the Organiser will make reasonable efforts to allocate ticket holders to a seat or area of equal or higher value where possible, subject to availability.

If a comparable or better seating option cannot be provided, the Organiser reserves the right to:

  • Offer an alternative seating option, or
  • Provide a partial or full refund of the ticket price (at the Organiser’s discretion)
